How long does it take for my order to ship?

Much depends on your time zone and the day of the week. Normally your order will be packaged and shipped within 24 hours however if it is a weekend or holiday, the next working day will be the shipping day.

My tracking number does not have any information when I look it up, why is that?

Although a tracking number is issued, it must be scanned through a facility that reports tracking before the status is updated. It can take several days to reach one of those facilities. Often before the international tracking systems synchronize with each other your order is only a couple days away or has even arrived. Unfortunately this due to the update times from one country to another.

How long is the shipping time?

The shipping time varies according to your shipping method. When you check out, you will see a variety of shipping options and each will give you an estimated time for shipping and cost. Select your countries most popular method and remember shipping times are based on working days.

I have a coupon, how do I use it?

If you have a coupon, you can enter it upon checkout to receive your discount. You must enter it EXACTLY as it was given to you meaning the coupon is case-sensitive.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on several factors. How much you order and the method you use for shipping. Generally the cost is shipping starts at about $9.99. If you exceed the weight allowed for the standard package a 2nd package will be sent at an additional cost. At checkout when you enter your shipping information you can click on the Shipping Estimate option to display your shipping costs.

How much can I order?

As much as you like of course! However certain countries shipping and customs regulations allow no more than a 3 month supply at one time so we will separate the order into multiple packages if necessary.

Do I need a prescription?

In our jurisdiction we are not required to ask for a prescription. However, we recommend you consult with a doctor. We believe in your freedom of choice.
